I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the Spanish language course, My name is Amanda Grace I am a freshman student at Oxford university, I applied for the spanish course this year.

Additionally, I was so disapointed with the teaching quality, the professor was inqualified to give lessons neither to speak properly with the students,and the absences of the teacher is increasing everyday. Also the materials of the class are outdated.

Furthermore, those problems significantly decrease the number of students in the course. Moreover, due to the advertisement description a large number of students were expecting a high quality of teaching and excellent professors who avoide being absent in class.

Therefore, I would like to suggest some request regarding this matter, as the adiminisration on the college, you can investigate the continued absences of the professor, and make sure that the materials of the class are updated and brandnew.
