I am writing this letter to complain about my stay for three nights at your hotel last week. It was one of the frustrating experiences that I have ever had. The air conditioner in my room malfunctioned that lead to unbearable heat in the room that I communicated to the reception but no prompt action was taken. Furthermore, the food service was unsatisfactory as it almost took an hour to arrive to the room. In addition, the food was cold and not served properly.
These problems affected my sleep causing lack of attention during the meeting that I had next morning. I was too sleepy during the whole day and my productivity was minimized.
I would strongly recommend the management to check and ensure every facility is working properly before the guests arrive. Moreover, staff members should be more active and respond timely to provide ease to the customers.
