I am writing to complain about the unsatisfactory service I experienced during my recent stay at your hotel.
I stayed at your hotel from 12 to 14 July after booking a double room through your website. I selected your hotel because of its reputation for providing comfortable accommodation and well-managed services.
However, there were several problems during my stay. To begin with, upon arrival, I was informed that my room was not ready, and I had to wait for over an hour. In addition, the room did not match the photographs shown on your website. Furthermore, the room was not clean, and some facilities, such as the air conditioner, were not functioning properly. Although I reported these issues to the reception desk, no action was taken.
I had expected a clean room, fully functioning facilities, and efficient service throughout my stay. Unfortunately, these expectations were not met. I trust that this matter will be reviewed and that appropriate measures will be taken to improve future service.
