Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received in your hotel. I stayed there with my family from 12 September 2025 to 22 September 2025 during my yearly vacation. Unfortunately, we couldn’t enjoy our holidays due to lack of vegetarian food for breakfast and poor ventilation in the bathroom.
As all my family members are vegetarians, we chose Blue Water hotel because of variety of vegetarian food for breakfast, which was described in the hotel’s website. However, in the reality, there were only fresh fruits and vegetable salads available in the hotel restaurant. No any choice of hot vegetarian meal was provided during our stay there.
Moreover, the ventilation system in the bathroom of Family room no. 324, where we stayed, works very slowly. Because of this problem, floors in the bathroom become slippery and dangerous to walk.
Even though, I addressed all these issues to the reception, there were no any actions taken to solve them. Therefore, I appreciate if you could update the website of the hotel accordingly regarding the vegetarian food provided for breakfast. Also, please repair the ventilation system of the room so that next guests don’t face such problems.
