I am writing this letter to complain about the hotel services that I experienced when I stayed last week.
Several issues during my stay really made me uncomfortable. Firstly, when I entered the room, I found blood stains on the sheets and pillowcase not attached. Furthermore, the air conditioning sytem was noisy and dusty, makes me unable to sleep comfortably. Therefore, in that night I reported these issues to the front desk staff, however the staff did not care and did not even listen to my complaint.
As a customer, I believe I deserve compesantion for this bad experience. I would like a partial refund for my stay, as the service provided did not match the price I paid. I hope you and hotel management will improve the quality staff and fix this issues so that no other customer feel this terrible services.
