Dear sir,

I am writing in regard to express my dissatisfaction with the services and the condition of hotel room in which i stay during my business trip.

On Oct 23rd , I go to islamabad for attending my business meeting that is for 3 days.I just search a hotel that is near to my office .I found usmania hotel here. I ask to manager give me a room for three days from (23 to 25 Oct(.He give me a room that is in 1st floor and room number is 5.

I am writing to express my concern regarding the problems that i have faced during my stay.

there is no room cleaning on daily basis even the staff also not changing the bedsheets and table covers.windows are dirty and fully covered with dust.room fans also dirty.and there is no proper electricity management.i really dissatisfy with all that.

I would appreciate it if you take any action regarding this.and ask to your manager about the cleaness of hotel.because usmania hotel is a well known hotel in this area.your all staff must have to fulfill their responsibilities.

and there must be a manager for all floors that check the all rooms on daily basis.
