Band 7+: You recently stayed at a hotel and you had a great time. Write a letter to the hotel. In your letter thank the manager and his staff give some particular examples of why you enjoyed your stay at the hotel so much explain that you have written a review of the hotel on a popular website for tourists

Dear Sir or Madam,

I would like to express my gratitude to you and the staff at your hotel, Le Grand Galle for the service I received during my recent visit to the hotel between 1st December 2025 to 5th December 2025.

The hotel staff ensured that I had a pleasant and relaxing vacation and catered to all my requests. Before my visit to the hotel, I was contacted by the hotel staff to inquire regarding my arrival time, special requests and I was provided information about the activities available at the hotel. During my stay, the staff arranged my spa appointmnets on time as requested without having to follow up. Furthermore, I informed you that my business partner will be visiting me for a meeting on 3rd Decemeber for a meeting, he was treated by utmost care during his visit despite not being a resident of the hotel.

I wanted to ensure that potential residents of the hotel knows about the services provided by you and your team, therefore, I have posted a review of the hotel on Tripadvisor recommending the staff and the services at the hotel.
