Dear Mr. John,

I hope you are doing great. I am writing this letter to express my gratitude towards your hospitality. While I was staying in your place, you and your staff provided me excellent service, whether it was room service or lunch and dinner at the restaurant.

Usually, I am travelling to plenty of places for work meetings, and mostly I stay in a hotel. However, I feel special in your hotel due to your warm hospitality. As I remember, I booked a cab for the airport, but due to heavy rain, all the drivers were cancelling the booking. At the same time, one of your staff members saw that I was so frustrated, he came to me and arranged an airport drop off for me for free, even though it is a paid service at your hotel.

I do not prefer to review on the internet as I am not tech tech-savvy person, but my whole stay was so memorable and your kind gesture, I would like to tell all the people who want to book your hotel without any hesitation. I put a review on Google and your social media account with a small note.

Thank you so much for providing me with such excellent service. I would always prefer your place whenever I come.
