Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to express my satisfaction as I stayed in your hotel recently and I had a great time.

I really appreciate the excellence service of the Manger and his staff for the great hospitality that they give through out my stay. I am so thankful for the immediate action about the problem that I have encountered in my room and they upgraded my place instead without any additional cost.

I really enjoyed my stayed as the room was spacious and great ambiance. The breakfast buffet was so delicious and had a variety of options, and I also loved the infinity pool. Additionally, your staff are so attentive and hospitable.

I have posted a review about my great experienced in the trip.com which is one of the popular site for tourists so people will have an idea how good your hotel is.
