Dear Sir or Madam,

WONDERFUL STAY AT FOUR SEASONS HOTEL.

Good afternoon, my name is Onikate-Amosu Olamitorera, I stayed at your hotel’s New York branch from the 16th of January till the 27th of January.

I would first like to express my ultimate gratitude to the hotel manager and all members of staff, everyone was so welcoming, professional and just delightful.

I particularly enjoyed the warm welcome I received as soon as I arrived at the hotel even though I checked in quite late at night, secondly the hotel’s restaurant service was amazing, the detailed and diverse menu provided was just what I needed traveling so far from home and not sure what to try and all the food I had tasted just splendid. The room service was so prompt and efficient, the front desk was also very helpful to me as a tourist, helping with transportation and sites to see.

After such a wonderful experience and service in my short stay at your hotel, I wrote a review on Yelp, which is a popular webite used by tourists to help other with hotel lodgings. I did so simply because I believe everyone should have an experience similar to what I had.

Thank you once again for being so accomodating, I look forward to returning to the United States.
