Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to express my feedback about the Dream hotel and the hotel’s service team.

I am Merve Akyüz. Two weeks ago, I had a chance to be accommodated at the Dream Hotel of Alaçatı branch. During my vacation, I enjoyed a lot. I would like to thank you and say again that the location of your hotel and the intimacy of the employees were amazing. When I arrived at the hotel, it was around 2 a.m., and your team welcomed me in front of the door with a warm smile. After helping me find my room, they helped to carry the luggage. They were always so kind and understanding. They answered gently my questions about the hotel’s facilities.

Additionally, Mr. Serhat Gün sent me the events and activity programs quickly via e-mail upon my request. He always kept me informed throughout my vacation and gave updates about current events and its changes. Thanks to him, I did not miss any entertainment in the daily program.

Lastly, I would like to recommend you to keep your social media accounts more active. Because, when I return my hometown, I wanted to suggest the hotel to my friends; however, we could not find enough posts and detailed videos on Instagram.
