Dear Hotel Manager,

I am writing this letter to enquire about my shoes left behind during my recent stay at your hotel from 10th to 12th of April.

I stayed at your hotel for above mentioned time and after I returned I did not find my shoes from my bags, which I firmly believe are left behind at your hotel. My shoes are black in colour, made by brand named Aerie, it has a silver tip and my initials carved on steel plate on right shoe.

I was in room 301A which offer two closets, one near bed and another in restroom. I unpacked those pairs in washroom closet but never got chance to wear them during this visit, which made me forget them when I repacked before I left. Those are really important to me, since they were presented to me as a reward for my exceptional performce in my current company.
