Dear Manager,

Iam writing this letter to you to complain about problems that I faced recently, during my stay in your hotel. While my stay,the weather was very erratic. I felt hot in the room. when I tried to on the cooling, I saw it was not working. I didn’t sleep properly due to these conditions•

Later, I called the receptionist and explained everything to her, but they were unable to fix it at that moment. Your staff provided me one fan. After sometime I felt relieved, as the temperature went down slightly, but still I found very unsuitable to sleep.

I would like to request you that kindly check the cooling system on time, so that no one else can face the same problems that i faced in your hotel. I hope you will take some action towards this issue. If possible, Please refund 50 percent from total payment.
