I hope you are doing well. I am writing this letter to express my heartfull thanks for your support that you done to me when I am on my long vaccation.

As you know I was in a long trip out of the country for almost one month and during that time you took all the responsibility of my apartment like take caring my apartment, watering the plants and collecting every bills and mail. Expectly you hand to pay the electricity and water bills from your hand.

Your help make my trip completely stress free and enjoy my trip peacefully.

So, on the next Monday we arrange a trite for you and your family so you want to come it a requests.
