Hi, good evening. My name is Miraz, and recently I had a tour with your company to explore the beauty of Kazakhstan. At the beginning, everything started really well. We enjoyed drinks and traditional meals at a restaurant, along with a visit to a museum, before the actual tour began when we arrived in Kolsai.
The first thing I noticed was the breathtaking beauty of nature around us – the lakes, the trees, and especially the horses. I truly fell in love with the place.
The only thing that upset me was the tour guide and his friends. They were not as hospitable as the local residents we met. In fact, they seemed quite disrespectful and made inappropriate jokes without understanding how we felt. Additionally, communication was difficult due to the language barrier.
Overall, the experience could have been much better if your staff had been more professional. As visitors, we genuinely admire your country, and your employees should take pride in representing it – its land, skies, and every stone.
