Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to express my displeasure about an awful experience with your staff a few days ago. The driver left my suitcase at the bus stop and refused to go back to pick it up even when I reminded him. Hence, I want a complete refund of my taxi fare and replacement of my bag and the content.
On 3rd March 2024, I took your company taxi to the airport because I had a flight scheduled an hour later. Halfway into the trip, I noticed my bag was missing so I pleaded with the driver that he should go back to pick it up, but he refused.
He left it at the bus stop intentionally. highlighting it was not his duty to put my suitcase in the trunk. This breaks your company rule number 7.
Since this was a deliberate, I want a full refund of my taxi fare, then the replacement of the entire content off my travelling bag. Call the insurance agent on 333 3333 3333 for the list.
I expect an urgent response since I’m yet to get a one for the verbal complaint I made at the airport two days ago.
