Dear Sir/Madam,
I would like to highlight a concern about my recent experience with your taxi company on 20th April, 2024. My first trip with Uber in Canada was not pleasant. The driver behaved in a very unacceptable way to treat any guest.
When I booked the cab, the driver did not come to the pinned location and I had to track him with location shown on the application. Furthermore, he was not replying to the calls and I had to call him multiple times to reach him. I did not mention anything till he mentioned that I made him wait too long and will need to pay the penalty and threaten me to cancel the ride as I would be penalized for not showing up. I even complained about it on the complaint center however, I was told that I need to pay the penalty otherwise, my account will be suspended.
I would really appreciate if you can look into this situation and take corrective actions towards the agent and the driver and get my profile cleared.
