I am writing this letter to show my dissatisfaction toward your taxi company. Firstly, your driver was not on time and then we was tanking the long route to my destination and misbehaved with me. Secondly, I did not get any response to my first email, sent to you about my experience.
I booked a Taxi of your company to go to railway station. The driver was not only late but also rude and followed the wrong route, which has led to the delay in reaching Station. Consequently, I missed my train and faced a loss in my work. When I tried to communicate with him, he was not listening to me and was highly unprofessional. I have came through another bad experience about your customer service when I reach out through email and got no response.
In order to penalize the situation, I want a complete refund of my trip with a letter from one of your higher authorities to compensate my loss.
