Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I have received from your taxi driver and in dealing with my subsequent complaint.
I took your taxi on June 7th morning at 11 AM to go to my interview place. First, the taxi driver was late. Secondly, even though he knew the correct address, he took me to the wrong address. This mistake made me late to my interview. When I complained to him about the situation, he was rude to me. So, I down his information and got out of the taxi.
The next day, I called your customer service in regard to this issue, they told me wait for two days for my refund. Now, I have phoned them twice already and they are refusing to refund it and being rude and ignorant about this issue.
I would like you to do two things. First, rectify my issue and refund my fare. Secondly, to check upon your customer service, as they are costing you your reputation to the clients.
