I hope this letter finds your company well. I was a passenger in your taxi yesterday and I have been stressed because of your taxi driver. He did not go by the law, so he drove so fast and I felt sick, and it has been continuing. It is one of the worst problems, and we were stopped by police officers. It took nearly an hour and I was late for my work. My director is serious, so he punished me for my lateness. I wrote this letter in order to fix your company’s problem. If your workers go by the law, that will be good, and it will also be good for passengers. Another problem is your cars’ condition; it is so bad and they are uncomfortable.
