Dear Sir/Ma’am,
My name is Harshkumar Patel and I am engineering student of University of Toronto. I am writing this letter to complain about the taxi driver. I generally use public transport for travelling in the city but i had final exam of calculus on July 3rd, 2024 so i had booked your taxi from your mobile application to reach early from my home to my university, but the taxi driver use to came at 9:00 am, but taxi came at 9:40 almost 40 min late. My exam was starting a 10 am, i reached university at 10:10 almost 10 min lates.
The taxi driver was playing a loud music in his car, i thought that i will do my last minute revision in the car when i will go to from my home to university. I felt very annoying and lose my focus from topics which i have studied last couple of days. during exam time i lost my concentration from the exam started thing what happen that day in the taxi and i also have to heard from my professor for getting late to final exam. I like to request my money back with apology letter that it will not happen again
