Hello uber,

My name is KHAJA ISAQ UDDIN, I have recently book a taxi from your company for my trip to GOA. I am writing to inform you about the taxi driver who misbehaved throughout the journey. Me and friends were really pissed off, we never experienced this kind behaviour before.

The driver was stopping the taxi on certain stops, were unknow people from village keep on gathering near our taxi and keep asking for money

this was not the first time he did this, he did stop 3 times on 3 different stops knowingly, as we already told him not to stop on certain places and were ever we stop to buy something he keeps on asking money for himself and his behaviour was quite rude towards us, we told him to stop at certain places and he wouldn’t stop saying those places are not good for stopping.

I request you to please take action against this person so that he won’t ask money from the customers and behave properly, I have already launched a complain against him in the company but didn’t receive any response. I am looking forward to hear from your side.
