I am writing this letter to express my disappointment with the taxi service I have received last month. I am so unhappy with the way your employer behaved to me. I hope you will consider me favourably.
Let me explain the situation. Last month, I booked a taxi ride with your company for travelling to another city to attend important on field job. When the driver arrived, I asked him the location I needed to go, he was like he is already aware of my destination but when we reached, it was not the proper place when I had to reach. When I asked him about how it happened, he freaked out and started blaming me that I had made error while booking the service. Even though I showed the booking details, he was not agreeing to accept his fault. Therefore, I was extremely late to my workplace. I decided not to pay the fare due to his inappropriate behaviour and then he started to threaten me. I left him alone and immediately filed complaint through your website. However, I did not get any response yet.
I would suggest you to proceed strict actions against his misbehaviour and ensure that will not happen again in future with anyone else. Also, you should give proper training to your employers so that they can learn how to provide the polite service to their clients.
