Dear Sir/Madam,
I hope you are well. I am writing this to express my disappointment about the recent taxi ride that i booked with your company, and how the driver of the taxi misbehaved and his actions mentally bothered me a lot.
I did complain about this few days ago by calling the customer service and explained them the whole situation, yet i haven’t received any response back. What happened was that while the taxi driver was dropping me, he started behaving awkwardly and asked me some inappropriate questions. I was very uncomfortable and politely asked him to not engage in any conversation with me, but he didn’t listen to me and continued. I informed him that i will talk the customer service about his bad behaviour and he suddenly started giving excuses.
I will be very thankful if you will take action against this misconduct of your employee and will resolve this issue for me. An apology from the driver would be appreciated. Moreover, i would advise you to contact your customer service team once and ask then why the matter wasn’t resolved.
