Hi Linda, I know that you are the owner of the C&C Laundry from one of your employees who told me to contact you in person about the complain I’m about to make.

Last Friday, I dropped 5 clothes in your laundry, they are including 3 gowns and 2 long dresses. I needed them to be dry cleaned since the material is very fragile and needed to be handled with extra care. But when I received them today, I find that my red furry dress is broken. It looked like they had it washed with water so the fur in it fallen in some area.

I have attached a picture of my dress before I put it in the laundry versus after it came out of the laundry.

Actually, I bought the dress online and after some researches, I find it still on sale with my size. As a compensation I need you to buy the exact same dress before 13th of August because I need to wear it for my friend’s wedding.
