I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the cleaning service that I availed from your company yesterday.
I booked this service as I need a deep cleaning for my house, but unfortunately, I was not satisfied with the work done in my unit. I remember telling one of the staff that the bathroom needs an extensive cleaning, but upon checking, molds are still evident inside, therefore, I had to do it by myself today. Apart from that, the other staff cleaned up my bedroom, and ended up breaking the vase on the table, which caused me inconvenience as I had to help them cleaning up.
I understand that this happens sometimes, however, I don’t think it was worth the price I paid. I suggest enrolling your employees to this kind of service training, so it won’t happen again to your next clients. Furthermore, I would like to ask for a partial refund because of the furniture that was broken.
