Dear Sir or Madam,

Along with this letter, I would like to express my gratitude to one of your staff. Let me introduce myself first. My name is Claudie and I just got back from your department store, Thiery Clothing. One of your staff named Lisa really done a good job. She helped me a lot without any complain or seem annoyed with all of my question and request. She waited for me patiently while I tried to make some decision and I can see she really put her heart into it.

My experience while shopping never been better than today. All thanks to Lisa. You must be very proud to have staff like her. It will be a loss if your department store didn’t notice someone as genuine as her. With this letter I am hopping that you can give her some appreciation for her great job. I think she deserve to be the role model for other staff on how to apply great hospitality towards customer.

Once again, it was a very great experience shopping with Lisa at your department store.
