Dear Sir/Madam,

I hope this letter finds you in radiant health and high spirits. I am writing this letter to share my concerns which marred my recent visit to your sports center named as Fun Games.

As you know that summer is on its peak time and in this time, the air conditioners of sports centre place not working adequately to regulate the temperature as they were malfunctioning which cause irritation there. Furthermore, the shoe sizes were unavailable during the bowling that was terrible.

These predicaments make my trip horrible as it was extremely hot there and was difficult to stay there for long time. I was not able to play my favourite game owing to shoes which was worst experience for me.

Under these circumstances, i kindly request to take some measurements at your earliest convenience to avoid the distraction of tourists during their visit to your sports centre.

Hope that you will take initiatives as soon as possible.
