Dear Sir / Madam,

I was extremely excited to visit your theater last Sunday evening, August 14, 2023, to watch a trending show called “The New Vince Code” by Marcus Potter. I am writing this letter to express my dissatisfaction with the air conditioning and lighting inside the hall throughout the show.

The temperature in the building was so high that many other viewers, including myself, were sweating and suffocating. All the seats were fully occupied, and the entire auditorium was in deadly heat due to the malfunctioning A/C system. Moreover, a light focused directly on the audience was vastly distracting to the crowd.

It would be a good idea if you could kindly check the air cooler system and lighting in the theater before every show. Further, to avoid technical issues with the air conditioning system, consider having a spare A/C machine to use if the need arises. If these problems persist, it will definitely ruin your reputation.

I hope you will give due consideration to this letter to avoid these complications in the future.
