I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my last weekend experience. I was looking forward to enjoy my experience, however several issues occurred which diminished my overall experience.

On Saturday, 15 June, I went to watch the play ‘Hamlet’. Over there, I experienced numerous problems first, the seating arrangements were unsatisfactory, some chairs were poorly maintained and made it difficult to focus on the play. Secondly, sound quality was poor; double and noise bound the dialogue. Lastly, the temperature inside the room was inappropriate and improper ventilation caused breathing difficulty.

To improve future experience, I would suggest to replace the damaged seats and upgrade the sound system inside the hall for air conditioning and proper ventilation.
