Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing a important letter to formally state my recommendation to you, your dear group have performances a professional play at theatre but i didn’t enjoy it because of some worst problems.

This theater started at 5:00 in Sunday and theater explained a girl that she was born in worst and poor country, she was constantly involving with some issues ,but she tried as professional girl to accomplish her wishes ,then she became as really famous singer in world.

Your dear teamwork really tried to have a good play for viewer but some problems annoyed us such as lack of facilities because the most of time actor’s vocie broke up and we could not clearly hear their voices in addition some of viewers were aggressive and impolite .

Isuggest you that you can do to obtain our satisfaction, you should increase the quality like advanced devices ,you should say viewers some roles for watching theater such as they should be quiet and polite .
