Dear Sir or Madam,
Last Saturday I went to the theatre to see the Michael Jackson’s Play. Sadly, I could not enjoy the play because there were some issues in the theatre.
First of All, I arrived on time. However, upon my arrival, the person in charge of locating my chosen seat could not find it. Therefore, when we found my designated chair, the play started already. Additionally, after finding my chair, it had some kind of unpleasant smell.
The last major issue I faced was the sound quality throughout the whole performance. I was completely dissatisfied because I could not enjoy when they were singing due to some noticeable technical issues.
In order to solve these sorts of setbacks, I respectfully consider that you should, first, provide training for your personnel in terms of the seat and amenities locations to avoid discomfort among your attendees.
Finally, I recommend to run an inspection before the play starts to avoid future technical issues.
Sincerely,
Diana Heredia
