I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a recent visit to your theater watching a good play. As an avid fan of theater, I regularly watch plays at your theater, but this time I had a bad experience that I would like to share with you.
Last Sunday, I went to a matinee show to watch The Garage Rockstar show along with my family, which is on May,15. We had booked the tickets online in advance, and we were so excited to watch, as the performance was by one of my favorite heroes. As soon as I sat on the chair, it was shocking that the arm rest of the chair on the left side was broken, and I had to watch the entire show without having any comfort and no place to rest my arm on the chair. However, I managed to see the entire show and left the theater with disappointment.
So, I would like to request you to do the inspection of your theater frequently, at least once a week, along with your team. So that these kinds of issues may be rectified. Also, I would suggest renovating the theater, like replacing chairs with recliners, upgrading the air conditioning and music system for a better experience for customers.
I would appreciate your immediate attention to this matter.
