Dear Sir,

I am one of your loyal customers and I always rent your apartments. Howewer,this time I am writing to complain about about poor facilities that I recieve in 20 the june. I am really diseppointed with the facilities and I hope you will take prompt action after investigationg the letter.

A few years ago, my AC produced loud niose and I resterted automatically. In fact, I don’t pay much attention to this issue until the problem become more frequently. Afterwards,it does not cool the room efficiently. This has made it difficoult to sleep,especially in the hot weather. Secondly,the water heater is not functioning properly. As a result,I have to take a cold shower, it is a uncomfortable in the cold evening. The problems significiantly effect my health and unable to use basic facilities that necessary for every human being.

I kindly request you to send technicient to my home and fix all these facilities.
