Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing this letter to express my interest in volunteering for a charitable cause, as per your advertisement.
I am Gurshanpreet, a student in Canada. I was amazed on looking onto your advertisement in The Tribune as I consider volunteering as my passion and I really enjoy helping people to the best of my ability. Preferably, I add my heart and soul to devote my hours in charity and lend a helping hand for those in need. I am a spiritual person, and thus understand the almighty’s creation and respect all sorts of people.
Recently, I was selected for a position of JUMP-Maths Tutor by Learning disabilities association of Niagara Region to help children with learning disabilities and cognitive impairments in shaping their mathematical skills. Additionally, I contributed my time in an event of Summer Fest as a volunteer team lead, helping in organizing volunteers throughout the day.
Furthermore, I can utilise my vocal skills in being a host for this event. In this position, lies my heart. However, I am happily willing to be of great help in being a musical chair game lead.
I look forward to hearing from you a positive response at your earliest convenience.
Yours sincerely,
Gurshanpreet Singh
