Dear Sir,

I am writing to apply for the part time position at your library, that is recently advertised on your official website.

Since I am recently graduated in library management of two years diploma, I am passionate to work in the environment where the skills that I learned through my study can be utilized to get practical experience and make significant impression.

I have worked as a volunteer at my college library that provide me useful experience about stacking books on shelves by sorting them based on subjects and authors. Moreover, I got hands on experience in documenting all the records about student borrowing and returning books and the timeline for this.

Because I do not work anywhere, I am available to work from next Monday and I have flexible schedule. I would appreciate the opportunity to work with your library. I look forward to your prompt response.
