Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing regearding my recent purchase of a pair of sport shoes from your online store. I have made the order approximetly seven days ago and it just arrived today more than three days late, though the estimated arrival time was only two days as it says on your online site.

The shoes arrived damaged and the size also is wrong. I am really unhappy with my order because its not only deliverd late but also the size and packaging was not as expected.I have been saving for this for quiet a long time and I am very upset.

I have been ordering from your shop for long time and i never experienced this before. I would like to return my order,Get a compensation discount and also receive a new order from you deliverd right this time because i see that it is in low stock and i do not want to miss this offer.
