This letter is to bring attention about a product that I recently purchased from your company.
On 24/02/2026, I purchased a headphones from the showroom in Chennai. It was an JBL wired headset with respect to invoice no ANT000234 and the bill was ₹850. Furthermore, the product I purchased is completely different from what I have bought. As I stated about the product, the packaging mentioned that it was a C-type insertion cable but I recieved a B- type insertion port. This is a major defect that cannot be neglected. I believe this is a manufacturing defect made by the production company and not by the sales team. This experience left me unhappy about the original product itself. I would like to raise a refund request and a replacement product as this issue is extremely important for the production team to check with their quality analysis team.
