Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to inquire about tennis course that I saw in poster in England. However, I have few problems and I am not able to finish the whole program.

I am very enthusiam to learn tennis course and planning to join next week. Scene, my childhood it is one of my dream to play this sport at certain level. Now I am in twelfth grade and ready to learn.

Although, there are some problems; as I am in twelfth class and this year I need to give board exam and I need to attend school classes. Still, their is two months to open the school. But, your course is for three month.

On the other hand, as I am international student so I need to pay school fees. Yet, their is urge to join the course. If it possible to refund one-third of course fee then it would be helpful for me to pay the academic fees.
