Dear Tennis Coaching Team Officers,

My name is Y Dan Phan, an England Tennis Centre client. I am writing this letter to ask for a refund for the Tennis course.

I already registered for a tennis course that will be held next month. The starting date is October 2nd, 2024 on Tuesday and Saturday night. I am so excited to learn how to play tennis with the richest experienced coaches at your sport centre. I also have a close friend who signed the contract with you at the same class to learn together.

Unfortunately, I will be out of town at that time and it is an occasional work trip that I cannot cancel. It takes a month for that trip, so I think I only have one month left for the tennis course and it will not work for me.

I would like to ask for a refund of the fee that I paid for the course. As far as I understand, the policy of the centre stated that the registration fee could be refunded in full if the client makes cancellation before 30 days of the starting date.

Could you please help me process this refund? You can find the invoice attached to my email. If In case you need further information, please let me know.
