Dear Neighbours,

I want to express my concerns about the parking space.

Recently, I noticed that Mr Brown has started parking his spare car in my designated parking spot. However, I can understand that we don’t have sufficient parking in our vicinity, but he can use the visitor parking instead, as I don’t have anywhere else to park.

Although the fact that he is using my parking space, I would like to provide a temporary solution. He can use the space in the morning between the hours of 7:30 am to 5:00 pm but after that I will have to ask him to look for parking somewhere else.

In addition, we can arrange a meeting to find a remedy for this problem. I would like to suggest upcoming weekend at five in the evening to be the adequate time for a gathereing, and discuss the possible fixes.

I hope we can find some plausible solution and looking forward to the meeting.
