The given graph demonstrates the procedure of manufacturing honey in a small-scale business production.
In general, the linear process of producing honey consists of eight stages, commencing with the gathering of nectar by bees and ending with the honey being ready to be sold.
To begin with, in the bee phase, the nectar is collected from distinct species of floras. Then, the bees deposit the honey into their hives, which are established by individuals in a three-floor house shape. Inside the hive, the gathered honey is dried using fan wings of the bees, and this procedure is also used to get rid of any substances from the honey cells, ensuring that the honey remains spotless.
In the human phase, workers manually seal the cells with was and harvest the honey combs directly from the beehives. The collected combs are then pressed in a specialized machine in order to extract the liquid honey. This raw substance is then transported to a sump tank, where it will be heated to a controlled temperature of approximately 45-50°C. The heated product passes through a sieve tank to remove any remaining dirt, then is transferred to a settling tank and stays there for 2-4 days. After this period, the flawless honey is poured into vast amount of jars and delivered to stores to be consumed.
