Firstly, in the table illustrates the data from the years 2003 and 2005. In 2003, before modification was made to the cultural center, the number of tourists visited was 74000. In 2005, after the museum’s reconstruction, a lot of people increased significantly to nearly 92000. It is evident that, there were more visitors exploring the gallery in 2005 compared to 2003.
Moreover, the pie charts depict the results of survey regarding the visitor’s satisfaction. They compare the satisfaction level of visitors across both years. In terms of those who were very satisfied (from 15 % to 35 %) and satisfied (from 30% to 40%) are increased enormously. However, the percentage of dissatisfied and more dissatisfied are dropped dramatically. Meanwhile, the data for non-response case remained the same in before and after the refurbishment.
