The table shows total number of visitors to Ashdown Museum, while the pie charts illustrates the results of surveys of visitors satisfaction.
Overall, the pictures demonstrate consequences of two researchers: before and after refurbishment.
It is clear that total number of visitors to museum before refurbishment was smaller, than after renovation. During the period before construction it was just 74000, however during the year after renovation it reached the peak – 92000.
Turning to the details, we can see that the total number of visitors who was very satisfied with museum surged from 5 per cent to 35 per cent. Moreover, the number of visitors who was just satisfied rose by exactly 10 per cent, from 30 per cent to 40 per cent.
If we talk about people who was dissatisfied, pie charts show that it was dropped from 40 per cent to 15 per cent. Category “very dissatisfied” fell as well, but only by 5 per cent from 10 per cent to 5 per cent. The proportion of people who did not responded accounted for 5 per cent in both cases
