I am writing to express my concern regarding the product I recently bought from your online store.
A few months ago, I moved into my new apartment. The building is almost 30 years old, so the door lock is old too. For this reason I bought a new locking mechanism from your online store. This is the newest model and it has a keyless entry feature.
But when the package arrived, I saw the damages on the cargo box. Also the box was wet. Maybe because of the rain, it got wet. Although I need it, I have not opened the package yet.
I would be grateful if you could send the new lock mechanism or provide a full refund as soon as possible. If necessary, I can send you the invoice by email.
