The given diagram illustates about the process of several tea leaves (white tea, green tea, oolong tea, and large and small leaf black tea).
Overall, it can clearly be seen a step-by-step representation of how to produce tea leaves into five different types of tea. There are seven steps that should be conducted in order to make five types of tea which begins with growing and picking the tea leaves, withering leaves under the sun before steaming process, rolling and crushing, fermentation phase, and drying in the oven.
The first step is growing tea leaves until it is ready to pick. The picked tea leaves are withered under the sun. However, before the the rolling and crushing process, the particular type of tea leaves, green tea, needs to be steamed. All types of leaves except, white tea, are rolled and crushed before the fermentation process. In the next steps, oolong tea undergoes slight fermentation. Whereas, both large and small black tea must are fully fermented. Finally, all of types of tea dried in the oven and ready to be serve.
