Overall, 9 steps involve this process, from harvesting corn in the first step to transporting purified ethanol in the last one. The production requires both physical and chemical work, which can make up a total of more than 2 days to achieve the fishing touch result.
In the first two steps, corn was harvested and stored before being transported to the factory, where the cooking process begins. After milling, water is added to the corn mixture, which will be cooked for the next 4 hours. Once cooked, the corn mixture undergoes fermentation for 48 straight hours. This is also the most long-lasting step throught the whole process.
Then, the solid substance and liquid component within the mixture get seperated from each other. The former is transfromed into solid by-product, while the later is purified and turns into ethanol fuel. The purification time lasts for 5 hours, and the final product will be stored before being transported to clients in need.
