The diagram illustrates how bricks are produced for the different types of construction work.
Overall, brick manufactured process involve various stages which is begin with digging clay to ending by packaging and deliverying the final products.
In the first stage, mud are collected by digging the groung with the help of digger i.e., JCB. After that, mud is smashed by using metal grid and roller which is mixed with sand and water to make perfecr doe.
In the third satge, two options are used to make brick, first step is mould and second is wire cutter. Further, raw brick let to dry with the help of oven and kept it for 24 to 48 hours. Additionally, brick is heated in two temperature by putting in a kiln. For heating in moderate temperature from 200 degree celcius to 980 degree celcious it moved to high temperature i.e., 870 degree celcious to 1300 degree celcious. Morever, heated brick left for cooling in a chamber for 48-72 hours. As a brick cool down, it is packed and go for delivery.
