The picture illustrates the stages of how bricks are processed to be used for industrial buildings. Overall, it involves seven phases to produce a brick from gathering the materials needed to delivery for usage.
At the first stage, raw materials is dug using an excavator before passing them through a metal filter with rollers underneath to move the tiny pieces of clay, then sand and water are mixed. Following this, either a wire cutter or a moulding frame is used to form the bricks.
After the bricks are moulded, it would be dried using an oven for 24- 48 hours. Subsequently, the bricks will go through a series of moderate (200-980 degrees celcius) to high (870-1300 degrees celcius) temperature exposure in a kiln before being placed in a room to cool down. After 48-72 hours, the bricks are ready to be packed and delivered to the building sites.
