I hope you are doing well. I am writing this letter because I placed an online order for a shirt from your shop three weeks ago. Your website mantioned that the order would be dilever in two days, I have still not receive it, Inaddition, I sent email to the shop and I explained the situation, but I did not recieve reply,

Some days ago I watched the shit on your website and I sent the message on your website. because I need the shirt urgently, therefore, he told me we will dilivered in two working days. However, three weeks was completed but i did not get my order.

if you have any problem so tell me about it how you are dealing with your customers. this delay and lack of response are very disappointing. I transfer money on that time.

I am requesting you after two days i will have interview. I will wear this shirt in m interview. if you diliver my order in two days it would help me otherwise please return my money.
